Sign In with Google or Microsoft
You can link your Google or Microsoft account to OzyOps for faster sign-in. Instead of entering your email and password, click one button to log in.
Linking a Provider
During Account Creation
When you first sign up, you can choose to create your account using Google or Microsoft. This automatically links that provider to your account.
After Account Creation
If you signed up with email and password and want to add Google or Microsoft sign-in:
- Go to Settings > Profile > Sign-in Methods.
- Click Link Google Account or Link Microsoft Account.
- You will be redirected to Google or Microsoft to authorize the connection.
- After authorization, you are redirected back to OzyOps.
- The provider now appears as a linked sign-in method.
You can link both Google and Microsoft if you want.
Signing In with OAuth
- Go to the OzyOps login page.
- Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
- Select your account (if you have multiple).
- You are logged in.
If MFA is enabled on your account, you will still be prompted for your MFA code after the OAuth sign-in.
Unlinking a Provider
If you want to remove a linked Google or Microsoft account:
- Go to Settings > Profile > Sign-in Methods.
- Find the provider you want to remove.
- Click Unlink.
If Google is your only way to log in (no password set, no Microsoft linked), you cannot unlink it. You must have at least one active sign-in method at all times. To unlink your only provider, first set up a password or link a different provider.
Re-Linking After Unlinking
If you unlink a provider and want to add it back later:
- Go to Settings > Profile > Sign-in Methods.
- Click the link button for the provider.
- Authorize the connection again.
The provider will be re-linked to your existing account.
Common Questions
Can I use a different Google/Microsoft account than the one I signed up with? Yes. When linking a provider, you can choose any Google or Microsoft account. It does not have to match your OzyOps email address.
What if my Google/Microsoft account is compromised? Change your Google/Microsoft password immediately, then go to OzyOps Settings > Profile > Sign-in Methods and unlink the compromised provider. If you have MFA enabled (recommended), your OzyOps account has an additional layer of protection.
Do I still need a password if I use OAuth? If you signed up with OAuth only, you do not have a password set. You can optionally set one in Settings > Profile for backup access.
Why does my Google/Microsoft login fail? Common causes:
- You are selecting a different Google/Microsoft account than the one linked to OzyOps.
- Your Google/Microsoft session expired -- try signing into Google/Microsoft first, then OzyOps.
- If the problem persists, try signing in with email and password (or email OTP) instead, and check your linked providers in Settings > Profile.
